Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením logistických procesů v prostředí B2B na příkladu společnosti Krannich Solar CZ, která působí v oblasti distribuce komponentů pro solární elektrárny. Teoretická část práce vymezuje rozdíly mezi B2B a B2C logistikou, vývoj konceptu skladování až po úroveň Warehousing 4.0 a moderní přístupy k predikci poptávky a řízení zásob. V praktické části je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu skladových a logistických procesů ve společnosti, včetně vyhodnocení úrovně digitalizace a přínosů současného systému. Závěrem práce jsou navržena doporučení pro další rozvoj v oblasti digitalizace, zavedení KPI a prediktivního řízení zásob s využitím datové analytiky. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of logistics processes in a B2B environment, using the case study of Krannich Solar CZ, a company operating in the distribution of solar power system components. The theoretical part defines the differences between B2B and B2C logistics, the development of warehousing concepts up to Warehousing 4.0, and modern approaches to demand forecasting and inventory management. The practical part analyzes the current state of logistics and warehouse operations in the company, including the assessment of digitalization and the benefits of the implemented system. The thesis concludes with recommendations for further development in digitalization, the implementation of KPI, and predictive inventory management supported by data analytics. |
