Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast výdejních boxů v České republice, se zvláštním důrazem na společnost PPL CZ. Cílem práce je navrhnout, jaký počet výdejních boxů by měla tato firma v následujících letech provozovat, aby posílila svoji pozici v oblasti doručování. V rámci práce je analyzována aktuální situace na trhu výdejních boxů, konkurenční prostředí, vývoj e-commerce a spotřebitelské chování. Klíčovou částí práce je predikce budoucího vývoje počtu výdejních boxů v ČR a návrh možných scénářů růstu pro společnost PPL CZ. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou formulována strategická doporučení, která mohou společnosti pomoci lépe plánovat svůj rozvoj a reagovat na změny na trhu. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis focuses on parcel lockers in the Czech Republic, particularly on the company PPL CZ. The thesis proposes how many parcel lockers the company should operate in the coming years to strengthen its position in the delivery sector. The thesis analyses the current state of the parcel locker market, the competitive environment, the development of e-commerce, and consumer behaviour. A key part of the thesis is predicting the future development of parcel lockers in the Czech Republic and proposing possible growth scenarios for PPL CZ. Based on these findings, strategic recommendations are formulated to help the company better plan its expansion and respond to changes in the market. |
