Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou slovenské společnosti Gevorkyan, která se specializuje na vývoj a výrobu kovových součástek pomocí práškové metalurgie. Cílem práce je stanovit investiční doporučení ohledně jejích akcií. Práce kombinuje tři hlavní analytické přístupy: finanční analýzu, strategickou analýzu a závěrečné ocenění. Finanční analýza hodnotí hospodářské výsledky společnosti, strategická analýza zkoumá její postavení v odvětví. V části závěrečného ocenění je pomocí modelu FCFF určena vnitřní hodnota akcie. Výsledky ukazují, že akcie jsou v současnosti podhodnocené a očekává se jejich růst přibližně o 20 %. Na základě těchto zjištění je doporučeno akcie nakoupit. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the Slovak company Gevorkyan, which specializes in the development and production of metal components using powder metallurgy. The aim of the thesis is to provide an investment recommendation regarding the company’s shares. The thesis combines three main analytical approaches: financial analysis, strategic analysis, and final valuation. The financial analysis evaluates the company’s financial performance, while the strategic analysis examines its position within the industry. In the final valuation section, the intrinsic value of the share is determined using the FCFF model. The results indicate that the shares are currently undervalued, with an expected growth of approximately 20%. Based on these findings, a buy recommendation is given. |
