Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou účetnictví v divadelních spolcích. Cílem práce je vymezit účetní specifika spolků a porovnat je s ostatními právními formami využívanými pro divadelní činnost (jako jsou ústavy, příspěvkové organizace a obchodní společnosti). Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku vybraných právních forem, na specifika financování a účetnictví divadelních spolků. V praktické části je vypracována ilustrační případová studie, která vychází z podmínek existujícího divadelního spolku. Pomocí komparativní metody dochází ke srovnání účetních knih a účetních výkazů v divadelním spolku s jejich obdobou ve vybraných právních formách. Závěr praktické části shrnuje klíčová zjištění, upozorňuje na nedostatky v oblasti neziskových kulturních organizací a navrhuje doporučení, jak nedostatky eliminovat a správu těchto organizací zefektivnit. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of accounting in theatrical associations. The aim of the thesis is to define the accounting specifics of associations and compare them with other legal forms used for theatrical activities (such as institutes, contributory organizations and business corporations). The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of selected legal forms, on specifics of financing and accounting in theatrical associations. The practical part shows illustrative case study based on the conditions of an existing theatrical association. Using a comparative method, this part compares accounting books and financial statements of the association with their equivalents in the selected legal forms. The conclusion of the practical part summarizes key findings, highlights shortcomings around nonprofit cultural organizations, and proposes recommendations to eliminate these shortcomings and improve the management of these organizations. |
