| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou českého bankovního sektoru a ohodnocením vybraných akciových titulů čtyř bank působících na českém trhu. V první části je provedena makroekonomická analýza a zhodnocen vliv vnějších faktorů na bankovní sektor. Následuje popis relevantního trhu a komparace jednotlivých bank na základě finančních a bankovních ukazatelů. Klíčovou část práce tvoří ohodnocení akcií vybraných bank pomocí kombinace výnosových, tržních a bilančních metod. Výsledné intervaly vnitřních hodnot jsou interpretovány s ohledem na veřejně obchodovatelný či neveřejný charakter jednotlivých titulů. V případě neobchodovaných bank je ohodnocení formulováno jako hypotetický rámec pro vstup na burzu (IPO). |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the analysis of the Czech banking sector and the valuation of selected equity titles of four banks operating on the Czech market. The first part provides a macroeconomic analysis and assesses the impact of external factors on the banking sector. This is followed by a description of the relevant market and a comparative evaluation of the selected banks using financial and sector-specific indicators. The core of the thesis is the valuation of bank shares using a combination of income-based, market, and balance sheet methods. The resulting ranges of intrinsic values are interpreted with respect to the listed or non-listed status of the assessed entities. For non-listed banks, the valuations serve as an indicative framework for a potential initial public offering (IPO). |
