Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdaněním kapitálových příjmů a transakcí s finančním majetkem fyzických osob v souvislosti s držbou, převodem a výplatou podílů ve společnostech s ručením omezeným. Cílem práce je analyzovat účinnou právní úpravu k 1. 1. 2025, posoudit daňové dopady různých transakčních variant a navrhnout možnosti jejich daňové optimalizace. Praktická část hodnotí daňovou efektivitu čtyř konkrétních scénářů restrukturalizace vlastnické struktury ve vybrané společnosti. Závěry práce poskytují přehled možných variant k daňově efektivnímu nakládání s podíly ve společnostech s ručením omezeným. |

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the taxation of capital income and financial asset transactions of individuals in connection with the holding, transfer, and distribution of shares in limited liability companies. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal framework effective as of January 1, 2025, assess the tax implications of various transaction structures, and propose options for their tax optimization. The practical part evaluates the tax efficiency of four specific scenarios of ownership restructuring in a selected company. The conclusions provide an overview of possible approaches to tax-efficient handling of shares in limited liability companies. |
