| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou inovativních nástrojů financování podnikání. Cílem práce je popsat vybrané inovativní nástroje financování, konkrétně crowdfunding, revenue-based financing a ICO a zhodnotit jejich výhody, rizika a potenciál dalšího rozvoje. Práce se věnuje také širším trendům v oblasti financí, jako jsou decentralizované finance (DeFi), fintech a ESG. Pozornost je věnována i problematice nelegálního využití těchto nástrojů, zejména v souvislosti s praním špinavých peněz, podvodnými investičními schématy a manipulací s trhem. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of innovative tools for business funding. The aim of the thesis is to describe selected innovative tools-specifically crowdfunding, revenue-based financing and ICO and to evaluate their advantages, risks and potential for further development. The thesis also addresses broader trends in finance, such as decentralized finance (DeFi), fintech and ESG. Attention is also given to the issue of illegal use of these tools, especially in connection with money laundering, fraudulent investment schemes and market manipulation. |
