| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fundamentální analýzou akcie společnosti Lear Corporation, která působí na trhu s automobilovými komponenty. Cílem práce je provedení precizní fundamentální analýzy za účelem stanovení vnitřní hodnoty akcie a posoudit, zda je nadhodnocená či podhodnocená a zároveň vypracování investičního doporučení. Analýza byla provedena ve 3 úrovních. Firemní analýza se zabývá výpočtem vnitřní hodnoty na základě použití absolutních i relativních ukazatelů. Odvětvová analýza se zaměřuje na charakteristiky automobilového průmyslu. Globální analýza se zaměřuje na identifikaci klíčových makroekonomických veličin, které ovlivňují akciový kurz. Výsledek analýzy naznačuje, že je akcie podhodnocená a investice do ní může být atraktivní zejména pro dlouhodobě orientované investory ochotné akceptovat vyšší míru rizika spojenou s cykličností sektoru. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the fundamental analysis of the stock of Lear Corporation, a company operating in the automotive components market. The objective of the thesis is to perform a precise fundamental analysis in order to determine the intrinsic value of a stock and to assess whether it is overvalued or undervalued, and to make investment recommendations. The analysis has been carried out in 3 levels. The corporate analysis deals with the calculation of intrinsic value based on the use of absolute and relative ratios. The sectoral analysis focuses on the characteristics of the automotive industry. Global analysis focuses on identifying key macroeconomic variables that affect the stock price. The result of the analysis suggests that the stock is undervalued and investing in it may be attractive, particularly for long-term oriented investors willing to accept a higher level of risk associated with the cyclicality of the sector. |
