| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti Air Bank, a.s. k 1.1.2024. Práce je rozdělena do několika navazujících částí. Nejprve jsou popsána specifika oceňování finančních institucí, přičemž důraz je kladen na charakteristiku bankovního sektoru. Následuje představení oceňované společnosti a provedení finanční a strategické analýzy. Na základě zjištěných výsledků je vytvořen finanční plán, který slouží jako základ pro aplikaci výnosového ocenění. V závěrečné části práce je provedeno ocenění Air Bank, a.s., a to za využití hlavní výnosové metody doplněné o dvě podpůrné metody. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of Air Bank, a.s. as of 1 January 2024. The thesis is divided into several interconnected sections. First, the specifics of valuing financial institutions are described, with particular emphasis on the characteristics of the banking sector. This is followed by an introduction of the valued company and the execution of a financial and strategic analysis. Based on the findings, a financial plan is developed, serving as the foundation for the application of an income-based valuation approach. In the final part of the thesis, the valuation of Air Bank, a.s. is carried out using the main income method, supplemented by two supporting methods. |
