Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vztah mezi urbanizací a reálnými důchody zemědělských subjektů v evropských zemích v letech 2000–2019. Cílem je ověřit, zda urbanizace ovlivňuje agrární důchody a zda trh práce funguje jako transmisní kanál. Panelová analýza s fixními efekty hypotézu o pozitivním vlivu urbanizace vyvrací – urbanizace má sice statisticky významný vliv, avšak většinou přispívá k poklesu příjmů. Také sekundární hypotéza není potvrzena, protože proměnná trhu práce je významná jen v některých modelech. Komparativní analýza ukazuje, že dopad urbanizace se liší podle sociálních, ekonomických a institucionálních podmínek v jednotlivých zemích. Práce přispívá k porozumění strukturálním změnám v evropské ekonomice a může podpořit formulaci zemědělské a regionální politiky. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis examines the relationship between urbanization and the real incomes of agricultural entities in European countries from 2000 to 2019. The aim is to determine whether urbanization affects agricultural incomes and whether the labour market serves as a transmission channel. A panel analysis with fixed effects rejects the hypothesis of a positive urbanization effect — while urbanization shows a statistically significant impact, it generally contributes to a decline in incomes. The secondary hypothesis is also not confirmed, as the labour market variable proves significant only in selected models. A comparative analysis shows that the impact of urbanization varies depending on the social, economic, and institutional conditions of each country. The thesis contributes to understanding structural changes in the European economy and may support the formulation of agricultural and regional policies. |
