| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme pravděpodobnostním modelem M-Score a jeho aplikací na českých firmách energetického průmyslu. Prostřednictvím účetních závěrek jsme byli schopni získat vstupy, které jsou potřebné do daného modelu a mohli jsme tak provést analýzu. Došli jsme k závěru, že u vybraných firem byla správně vyhodnocena skutečnost „nemanipulování“ v 66 % případech. U zbylých 34 %, které M-Score špatně označilo za manipulátory, doporučujeme postup, který povede k tomu, aby následující rok již nevykazovaly zvýšené riziko manipulace. |

| Abstract: | In this bacherol's thesis we deal with the probabilistic M-Score model and its application on czech companies of the energy industry. Through financial statements we were able to acquire the inputs needed for the model, and then we could proceed with the analysis. We came to the conclusion, that from the chosen companies, there were 66 % of cases that were correctly identified as non-manipulators. For the remaining 34 %, which were incorrectly identified as manipulators, we recommend a procedure, that will lead to an outcome, in which they will not be showing a high risk of manipulation anymore in the following year. |
