Diplomová práce „Komparativní analýza fúzí realizovaných v ČR v roce 2022“ se zabývá analýzou fúzí realizovaných na území České republiky a zapsaných do obchodního rejstříku v roce 2022. Teoretická část vymezuje hlavní právní předpisy, které je třeba při realizaci fúze dodržovat, definuje pojem fúze včetně jejího členění. Následuje nastínění průběhu fúze rozděleného do tří fází, a nakonec jsou rozebrány vybrané účetní oblasti týkající se přeměn, jako je rozhodný den a jeho vazba na účetní období, právní účinky fúze a sestavení zahajovací rozvahy. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu fúzí, které byly zapsány do obchodního rejstříku v roce 2022 na základě vybraných kritérií. Poslední část práce je věnována zkoumání vývoje ve dvanácti letém horizontu. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of mergers executed within the territory of the Czech Republic and registered in the Commercial Register in 2022. The theoretical part outlines the main legal regulations that must be observed during the implementation of a merger, defines the concept of a merger including its classification, and describes the merger process divided into three stages. Furthermore, selected accounting aspects related to corporate transformations are discussed, such as the decisive date and its relation to the accounting period, the legal effects of the merger, and the preparation of the opening balance sheet. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis of mergers registered in the Commercial Register in 2022 based on selected criteria. The final part of the thesis examines the development over a twelve-year period. |
