| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření nestátních neziskových organizací, konkrétně zdůrazňuje ústavy. Teoretická část vymezuje nestátní neziskové organizace, popisuje právní úpravu ústavů a specifika jejich účetnictví a financování. V praktické části je provedena analýza hospodaření organizace Nový Prostor, z.ú. Analyzovány jsou jednotlivé položky rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, využity jsou rovněž poměrové ukazatele. Následně je vyhodnoceno hospodaření společnosti v čase a vybrané položky jsou porovnány s výsledky obdobných organizací. Pro praktickou část byla navíc stanovena hypotéza o míře samofinancování ústavu, která byla v rámci práce testována. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial management of non-governmental non-profit organizations, specifically registered institutes. The theoretical part defines non-governmental non-profit organizations, describes the legal framework of institutes, and outlines the specifics of their accounting and financing. The practical part presents an analysis of the financial performance of the organization Nový Prostor, z.ú. Individual items of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement are analysed, and financial ratios are also used. The financial development of the organization over time is then evaluated, and selected items are compared with the results of similar organizations. Additionally, a hypothesis concerning the institute’s degree of self-financing was established for the practical part and tested within the thesis. |
