Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nelegálními obchody a praktikami, které se odehrávaly na českém kapitálovém trhu v 90. letech. Práce se věnuje 3 konkrétním nelegálním praktikám, a to praní špinavých peněz, pyramidovým investicím a tunelování. V rámci těchto praktik jsou představeny konkrétní případy, na kterých je ukázán vývoj legislativy a regulace. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat charakteristické nelegální praktiky 90. let a na konkrétních příkladech ukázat nedostatečnost legislativy či regulace v té době. Zároveň je cílem ukázat vývoj legislativy a regulace, a to posouzením, jak by historické kauzy dopadly za dnešních podmínek. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor´s thesis deals with illegal trades and practices that took place in the Czech capital market in the 1990s. The thesis focuses on three specific illegal practices: money laundering, pyramid investments, and tunneling. Within these practices, specific cases are presented to illustrate the development of legislation and regulation. This bachelor´s thesis aims to analyze the characteristic illegal practices of the 1990s and, through concrete examples, demonstrate the inadequacy of legislation and regulation at that time. Additionally, the goal is to show the development of legislation and regulation by assessing how historical cases would have turned out under current legal conditions. |
