| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na účetní procesy, které se dají zdigitalizovat, a jejichž cílem je celkové zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti, zautomatizování rutinních prací, snížení administrativní zátěže, a tím i celkových nákladů na chod společnosti. Teoretická část popisuje hlavní účetní procesy, jejich zásady a evidenci. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu účetnictví ve společnosti, poukázání na nedostatky a popis optimalizačních procesů. Závěr práce shrnuje celkovou analýzu, popisuje výsledky a zjištění po implementaci. Práce může také sloužit jako inspirace pro jiné podniky hledající možnosti modernizace svých účetních procesů. |

The practical part includes an analysis of the company's accounting system, identification of shortcomings, and a description of the implemented optimization measures. The conclusion summarizes the overall analysis and presents the outcomes and findings following the implementation. The thesis may also serve as inspiration for other businesses seeking opportunities to modernize their accounting processes. |
