| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem digitalizace účetnictví a vytěžování dat, jež v dnešní době začíná hrát významnou roli. Cílem práce je popsat historický vývoj digitalizace účetnictví a vytěžování dat až po současnost, analyzovat jejich přínosy a překážky v zásadních účetních procesech jako je například zpracování faktur a bankovních výpisů. Cílem praktické části je analýza digitalizace a implementace vytěžovacího systému u reálného klienta, detailně popsat celý proces a identifikovat související výzvy. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy související s digitalizací a vytěžováním dat, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu digitalizace a implementace nástrojů na vytěžování dat nově přijímaného klienta konkrétního podniku, porovnání situací před implementací a po ní, provedení jednotlivých fází a závěrečné zhodnocení celého procesu. Výsledky práce přinášejí přehled o výhodách a rizicích spojených s digitalizací účetnictví a poskytují doporučení pro úspěšnou implementaci těchto technologií v praxi. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of digitalization of accounting and data mining, which is beginning to play an important role nowadays. The aim of the thesis is to describe the historical development of accounting digitization and data mining up to the present day, analyzing its benefits and obstacles in essential accounting processes such as invoice processing and booking of bank statements. The aim of the practical part is to analyse the digitalization and implementation of the data mining system at a real client, to describe the whole process in detail and to identify the challenges involved. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to digitalization and data mining, their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the digitalization and implementation of data mining tools of a newly hired client of a specific company, the comparison of the situations before and after the implementation, the execution of each phase and the final evaluation of the whole process. The results of the work provide an overview of the benefits and risks associated with the digitalization of accounting and provide recommendations for the successful implementation of these technologies in practice. |
