| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat efektivnost uživatelských poplatků na rekreačním zařízení v Milovicích u Hořic a provázanost s obecním rozpočtem. Pro praktickou část jsem využila interní materiály obce, které zahrnují údaje o tržbách, investicích, návštěvnosti a hospodářských výsledcích zařízení. Součástí práce je i zhodnocení prospěchu obecních zařízení pro místní občany. Teoretická část je zaměřena na uživatelské poplatky a problematiku podnikání obcí. Výsledky analýzy ukazují na to, že koupaliště by nebylo bez kempu dlouhodobě ekonomicky udržitelné a příspěvek do obecního rozpočtu je pouze ve formě poplatku za ubytování. Hospodářská činnost si vydělané prostředky ponechává k vlastnímu rozvoji. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of user fees at a recreational facility in Milovice u Hořic and its connection to the municipal budget. For the practical part, I worked with internal documents of the municipality, which include data on revenues, investments, visitor numbers, and the facility’s financial results. The thesis also includes an evaluation of the benefits such municipal facilities bring to local residents. The theoretical part focuses on user fees and the issue of municipal entrepreneurship. The analysis shows that the swimming pool would not be economically sustainable in the long term without the adjacent campsite, and its contribution to the municipal budget comes only through the accommodation fee. The income generated by the facility is reinvested into its own development. |
