Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním doplňkového penzijního spoření a dlouhodobého investičního produktu jako dvou hlavních nástrojů třetího pilíře důchodového systému v České republice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody obou produktů a zjistit, pro jaké cílové skupiny jsou jednotlivé varianty vhodné. Teoretická část se věnuje jejich legislativnímu zakotvení a fungování, zatímco v analytické části jsou použita data Ministerstva financí, SWOT analýzy a modelové výpočty pro posouzení výnosnosti. Práce dále hodnotí vývoj poptávky po těchto produktech a vliv pandemie COVID-19 na chování obyvatel. Závěrem práce nabízí doporučení na základě srovnání obou nástrojů. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis compares supplementary pension savings and long-term investment product as the two main instruments of the third pillar of the pension system in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of both products and to find out for which target groups each option is suitable. The theoretical part is devoted to their legislative anchoring and functioning, while the analytical part uses data from the Ministry of Finance, SWOT analysis and model calculations to assess the returns. The bachelor thesis also assesses the evolution of demand for these products and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the behaviour of the population. It concludes by offering recommendations based on a comparison of the two tools. |
