| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dopad pandemie covid–19 na různé subjekty. Práce analyzuje vliv onemocnění na změnu chování cestujících a vliv na ekonomiky vybraných turistických destinací. V neposlední řadě text rozebírá dopad pandemie na podnikatelské subjekty v odvětví turismu, které jsou zde zastoupeny leteckou společností Smartwings, a.s. Analyzován bude trh práce, vývoj platební bilance a vývoj počtu příjezdových turistů ve čtyřech destinacích, konkrétně Španělsko, Řecko, Egypt a Turecko. Zjištěné závěry ukazují, že klíčovou roli v úspěšném absorbování vnějších šoků hraje flexibilita. Flexibilita třech analyzovaných úrovní, jimiž jsou cestující, podnikatelé a ekonomiky, se ukázala jako jedno z hlavních měřítek v hodnocení závažnosti pandemických dopadů na daný subjekt. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on the impact of the covid–19 pandemic on various entities. The work analyses the influence of the disease on changes in passenger behaviour and the impact on the economies of selected tourist destinations. Finally, the text discusses the impact of the pandemic on business entities in the tourism sector, represented here by the airline Smartwings, JSC. The labour market, the development of the balance of payments, and the change in the number of incoming tourists in four destinations, specifically Spain, Greece, Egypt, and Turkey, will be analysed. The findings indicate that flexibility plays a key role in successfully absorbing external shocks. The flexibility of the three analysed levels, namely passengers, entrepreneurs, and economies, has proven to be one of the main metrics in assessing the severity of the pandemic's impacts on the respective entity. |
