Cílem práce je porovnat rozdíly ve výši celkové daňové povinnosti individuálního podnikatele a právnické osoby ve formě společnosti s ručením omezeným, a to včetně odvodů na sociální a zdravotní pojištění. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice daní z příjmů fyzických a právnických osob. V praktické části je provedena analýza formou modelových příkladů, na jejichž základě je následně provedena komparace zjištěných výsledků. Zohledněna je také efektivní daňová sazba, která vyjadřuje skutečné daňové zatížení. |

The aim of this thesis is to compare the differences in the total tax liability of a self-employed individual and a legal entity in the form of a limited liability company, mandatory contributions to the social security and public health insurance systems. The theoretical part addresses the issue of personal and corporate income taxation. The practical part presents an analysis based on model case studies, which serve as the basis for a comparative assessment of the outcomes. The analysis also considers the effective tax rate, reflecting the actual tax burden borne by the taxpayer. |
