Předmětem bakalářské práce je představení faktoringu jako jedné z alternativních forem krátkodobého financování podnikatelské činnosti. Využitím studia odborné literatury je definováno faktoringové financování a na základě osobního rozhovoru se zaměstnanci českých faktoringových společností jsou doplněny praktické poznatky z oblasti identifikace a zajištění kreditního rizika. Praktická část představuje největší faktoringové společnosti v České republice a porovnává meziroční vývoj jejich obratů. Jádrem této části je analýza a posouzení vhodnosti nového klienta a jeho odběratelského portfolia z pohledu faktoringové společnosti, na základě kterých byly navrženy základní parametry pro faktoringové financování. Přínosem práce je podat detailnější pohled na faktoring podnikatelům zvažujícím využití faktoringových služeb. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce factoring as one of the alternative forms of short-term financing. Factoring financing is defined using the study of professional literature. Practical knowledge in the field of identification and insurance of credit risk is supplemented based on a personal interview with employees of Czech factoring companies. The practical part introduces the largest factoring companies in the Czech Republic and compares the year-on-year development of their turnover. The core of this part is the analysis and assessment of the suitability of a new client and their customer portfolio from the perspective of a factoring company. Basic parameters for factoring financing were proposed based on the results of the analysis. The contribution of this thesis is to provide a more detailed view of factoring to potential clients considering the use of factoring financing. |
