Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje vybrané výzvy regulace na finančním trhu v USA, pokouší se je zasadit do prostředí amerického i globálního finančního trhu a hodnotí směr, jakým se vyvíjí regulace finančních trhů ovlivněná moderními trendy. Práce se zaměřuje na zvyšující se zájem o využití kryptoměn a jiných digitálních měn, digitalizaci peněz a nezákonné operace v souvislosti s digitálními měnami. Výsledkem práce je stanovení vlivů digitálních měn a kryptoměn na finanční trhy a vývoj jejich regulatorního rámce a také predikce možných změn, které v tomto odvětví mohou nastat. |

This bachelor thesis analyses selected challenges of financial market regulation in the USA, attempts to place them in the US and global financial market environment and assesses the direction of financial market regulation influenced by modern trends. The paper focuses on the increasing interest in the use of cryptocurrencies and other digital currencies, the digitization of money, and illegal transactions in connection with digital currencies. As a result, the thesis determines the effects of digital currencies and cryptocurrencies on financial markets and the development of their regulatory framework, as well as predicting possible changes that may occur in this sector. |
