Tato bakalářská práce představuje stručný úvod do problematiky Bitcoinu. Popisuje jeho vznik, základní parametry a způsob, jakým se získává. Následně jej porovnává s jeho alternativami – fiat penězi a zlatem. Práce se taktéž zabývá kritikou Bitcoinu a následnou obhajobou. V druhé části práce je rozebrán budoucí směr Bitcoinu z hlediska jeho využitelnosti, regulace a ceny. V poslední kapitole byl Bitcoin analyzován z hlediska výnosu a rizika a společně s tradičními aktivy byl zahrnut do tvorby optimálního portfolia. |

This bachelor thesis is a brief introduction to Bitcoin. It describes its origin, basic parameters and the way it is obtained. It then compares it with its alternatives – fiat money and gold. The thesis also deals with a critique of Bitcoin and its subsequent defense. The second part of the thesis discusses the future direction of Bitcoin in terms of its usability, regulation and price. In the last chapter, Bitcoin has been analyzed in terms of return and risk and has been included along with traditional assets in the construction of an optimal portfolio. |
