| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce s názvem „Zdanění ve skupině spojených osob“ se zabývá problematikou mezigeneračního předání majetku pomocí osobní struktury, která slouží k jeho zachování, kontinuity podnikání a ochraně potomků, a to z pohledu daňového, právního a účetního. Předmětem práce je představení struktury skládající se z nadačního fondu, holdingové společnosti a dalších, účelových, společností. Cílem diplomové práce je zajistit dobrou informovanost čtenáře s problematikou osobní struktury. Práce má sloužit jako průvodce specifiky zdanění skupiny. |

The thesis focuses on legal, tax, and accounting perspectives. The subject of the work is the presentation of a structure composed of a foundation (trust fund), a holding company, and other special purpose entities. The aim of the thesis is to provide readers with a solid understanding of personal ownership structures. The work is intended to serve as a guide to the specific aspects of taxation within such a group. |
