| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na účetní a daňové souvislosti přeměn obchodních korporací. Úvodní tři kapitoly poskytují teoretické vymezení obecného právního rámce přeměn obchodních společností. Následující části se věnují problematice přeměn z pohledu účetnictví a daňové legislativy. Cílem práce není pouze teoretická analýza příslušné právní úpravy, ale především analýza obdrženého souboru 197 transakcí, které byly v roce 2022 zapsány do obchodního rejstříku. Vybrané účetní a daňové aspekty jsou dále podrobně rozpracovány a ilustrovány na konkrétním příkladu přeměny obchodní korporace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the accounting and tax aspects of transformations of business corporations. The first three chapters provide a theoretical definition of the general legal framework governing such transformations. The following sections examine the accounting and tax implications from the perspective of applicable legislation. The aim of the thesis is not only to conduct a theoretical analysis of the relevant legal regulations but also to analyze a dataset of 197 transactions registered in the Commercial Register in 2022. Selected accounting and tax aspects are further elaborated and illustrated through a specific example of a business corporation transformation. |
