| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje elektromobility v České republice se zaměřením na regionální specifika. V kontextu globálních snah o dekarbonizaci dopravy a plnění klimatických cílů hraje elektromobilita klíčovou roli. Její implementace v ČR je však ovlivněna výraznými meziregionálními rozdíly. Cílem práce byla identifikace hlavních faktorů ovlivňujících plánování a implementaci elektromobility v jednotlivých regionech ČR. Na základě identifikace pak navrhnout strategie pro efektivnější a udržitelnější rozvoj elektromobility v ČR. Práce kombinuje analýzu teoretických konceptů, jako je elektromobilita, nabíjecí infrastruktura, strategické plánování, udržitelnost, teorie difuze inovací, s praktickou analýzou vybraných regionů (Praha a Středočeský kraj, Jihozápadní Čechy, Morava, Slezsko). V práci bylo využito metod kvantitativní analýzy dostupných dat o počtu vozidel a nabíjecích bodech a kvalitativní analýzy zahrnující rozhovory s hlavními aktéry. Analýzou byla potvrzena značná rozdílnost v rámci jednotlivých regionů. Faktory jako hustota osídlení, ekonomická síla, existující dopravní infrastruktura, strategický přístup regionálních a municipálních samospráv, aktivita energetických společností a poskytovatelů nabíjení a dostupnost financování zásadně ovlivňují tempo a směřování rozvoje. Mezi klíčové výzvy patří zajištění dostatečné kapacity a rozvoje distribuční sítě, pokrytí venkovských a periferních oblastí nabíjecí infrastrukturou a koordinace mezi různými aktéry. Na základě zjištění práce doporučuje soubor strategií pro posílení koordinovaného rozvoje infrastruktury, efektivního managementu energetické sítě a podporu specifických řešení ve veřejné dopravě, která jsou přizpůsobena regionálním podmínkám. Práce přináší podrobný pohled na současný stav a navrhuje kroky pro další rozvoj elektromobility ČR. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis addresses the issue of electromobility development in the Czech Republic, focusing on regional specifics. In the context of global efforts for transport decarbonization and meeting climate goals, electromobility plays a key role. However, its implementation in the Czech Republic is influenced by significant interregional differences. The aim of the thesis was to identify the main factors influencing the planning and implementation of electromobility in the individual regions of the Czech Republic and based on this identification, to propose strategies for more effective and sustainable electromobility development in the country. The thesis combines an analysis of theoretical concepts such as electromobility, charging infrastructure, strategic planning, sustainability, and the diffusion of innovation theory with a practical analysis of selected regions (Prague and Central Bohemia, Southwest Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia). Methods utilized included quantitative analysis of available data on vehicle numbers and charging points, and qualitative analysis involving interviews with key actors. The analysis confirmed considerable divergence among the individual regions. Factors such as population density, economic strength, existing transport infrastructure, the strategic approach of regional and municipal governments, the activity of energy companies and charging providers, and the availability of funding fundamentally influence the pace and direction of development. Key challenges include ensuring sufficient capacity and development of the distribution grid, covering rural and peripheral areas with charging infrastructure, and coordination among various actors. Based on the findings, the thesis recommends a set of strategies for strengthening coordinated infrastructure development, effective energy grid management, and supporting specific public transport solutions tailored to regional conditions. The thesis provides a detailed overview of the current state and proposes steps for the further development of electromobility in the Czech Republic. |
