| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou potravinářského a oděvního odvětví v České republice. Zkoumá vlivy pandemie COVID-19 na vybrané sektory z různých pohledů. Jednak z hlediska celkového počtu odpracovaných hodin zaměstnanců, ukazatelů hrubé přidané hodnoty a hrubého provozního přebytku a z hlediska vývoje míry ziskovosti. Následně jsou hodnoty porovnávány ve třech obdobích (před, během a po pandemii). Hlavním cílem práce je potvrdit hypotézu, že krize spojená s pandemií COVID-19 reaguje částečně v rozporu se základním teoretickým pojetím cykličnosti. Dále se práce zaměřuje na firemní analýzu společností Košík.cz s.r.o. a Dedoles CZ, s.r.o. Firmy jsou opět sledovány ve třech obdobích (období před, během a po pandemii COVID-19). U společnosti Košík.cz s.r.o. jsou sledována měřítka ziskovosti EBIT, ROA, ROE a ROCE. Z důvodu mikro účetní jednotky, k nimž lze zařadit společnost Dedoles CZ, s.r.o., nebyla provedena detailnější analýza. Z tohoto důvodu byla provedena kratší analýza její mateřské společnosti Dedoles, s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the food and clothing industry in the Czech Republic. It pursue the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on selected sectors from different perspectives. Firstly, from the point of view of the total number of hours worked by employees, gross value added and gross operating surplus indicators and from the point of view of the evolution of the profitability rate. The values are then compared in three periods (before, during and after the pandemic). The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to confirm the hypothesis that the crisis associated with the COVID-19 pandemic responds contrary to the theoretical concept of cyclicality. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the firm-level analysis of Košík.cz s.r.o. and Dedoles CZ, s.r.o. The firms are again observed in three periods (before, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic).For a company Košík.cz s.r.o., are monitored the profitability measures EBIT, ROA, ROE and ROCE. Due to the micro accountant unit, which includes Dedoles CZ, s.r.o., was not a more detailed analysis performed. This is a reason why a shorter analysis of its parent company Dedoles, s.r.o. was performed. |
