| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou finanční fair play (FFP) se zaměřením na anglickou Premier League. Hlavní část práce se věnuje pravidlům FFP zavedených UEFA a PSR používanými v Premier League. Práce je také zaměřena na detailnější analýzu údajného porušení pravidel FFP UEFA a pravidel o zisku a udržitelnosti (PSR) anglickým klubem Manchesterem City. Výsledkem práce je posouzení vlivu pravidel finanční fair play na hospodaření klubů a detailní analýza způsobů, kterými se Manchester City snaží tato pravidla obcházet |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of financial fair play (FFP) with a focus on the English Premier League. The main part focuses on the FFP rules introduced by UEFA and Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) used in Premier League. The thesis also focuses on a more detailed analysis of the alleged violation of the FFP and PSR rules by the English club Manchester City. The result of the bachelor thesis is an assessment of the impact of the financial fair play rules on the clubs’ finances and a detailed analysis of the methods which are used by Manchester City to circumvent these rules. |
