Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vybraným formám nelegální činnosti v bankovním sektoru, konkrétně insider tradingu a praní špinavých peněz. První část se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení těchto fenoménů, jejich legislativní rámec a praktické příklady. Druhá část obsahuje rozhovor s odborníkem z praxe, PhDr. Dominikem Basárem, který poskytuje pohled na aktuální výzvy v oblasti AML/CFT. Třetí část analyzuje činnost Finančního analytického úřadu a vývoj podezřelých transakcí v České republice. |

This bachelor thesis examines selected forms of illegal activity in the banking sector, with a focus on insider trading and money laundering. The first part introduces the theoretical framework and legal context of these phenomena, including selected case studies. The second part presents an expert interview with PhDr. Dominik Basár, AML/CFT specialist from Komerční banka. The third part analyzes the activities of the Financial Analytical Office (FAÚ) and the development of suspicious transactions in the Czech Republic. |
