| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením právních forem sportovních klubů v České republice porovnáním finanční analýzy českých (SK Slavia Praha, AC Sparta Praha a FC Viktoria Plzeň) a zahraničních (SSC Neapol (Itálie), AS Monaco (Francie) a Atlético Madrid (Španělsko) fotbalových klubů. Analýza využívá horizontální analýzu, poměrovou analýzu a finančně sportovní analýzu mezi lety 2018 až 2023. Výsledky ukazují, jak jsou české kluby závislé na externím financování, ukazují nižší obrat i cash flow, i přes to, že se evropských ligách účastní stejných soutěží. Závěrem je doporučeno posílení atraktivity domácí ligy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on defining the legal forms of sports clubs in the Czech Republic by comparing the financial analysis of Czech football clubs (SK Slavia Prague, AC Sparta Prague, and FC Viktoria Plzeň) with foreign clubs (SSC Napoli – Italy, AS Monaco – France, and Atlético Madrid – Spain). The analysis employs horizontal analysis, ratio analysis, and financial-sports analysis for the period between 2018 and 2023. The results show that Czech clubs are more dependent on external financing and demonstrate lower turnover and cash flow, despite participating in the same European competitions. The thesis concludes with a recommendation to enhance the attractiveness of the domestic league. |
