| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje fundamentální analýze akcie společnosti Yandex, která patří mezi nejvýznamnější technologické hráče na ruském trhu. Skrze propojení makroekonomického prostředí, vývoje konkrétního odvětví a firemních dat je zkoumána vnitřní hodnota akcie i její odchylka od tržní ceny akcie ke konci minulého roku. V globální fundamentální analýze je důraz kladen na korelační analýzu vybraných makroekonomických proměnných, jejich vztah k vývoji indexu MOEX, a také na posouzení vlivu geopolitických událostí. Práce dále rozkrývá strukturu odvětví, v němž Yandex působí. Výpočet vnitřní hodnoty akcie je proveden pomocí modelů založených na cash flow (FCFF a FCFE) a doplněn tradičními multiplikátory. Závěrečná část posuzuje, zda je titul z pohledu investora atraktivní. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is dedicated to the fundamental analysis of the stock of Yandex, one of the most prominent technology companies in the Russian market. By connecting the macroeconomic environment, the development of the specific industry, and company data, the study examines the intrinsic value of the stock and its deviation from the market price at the end of the previous year. In the global fundamental analysis, emphasis is placed on the correlation analysis of selected macroeconomic variables, their relationship to the performance of the MOEX index, and the assessment of geopolitical events. The thesis also explores the structure of the industry in which Yandex operates. The intrinsic value of the stock is calculated using cash flow-based models (FCFF and FCFE), complemented by traditional valuation multiples. The final section evaluates whether the stock is attractive from an investor's perspective. |
