| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou inovativních nástrojů financování podnikání se zaměřením na crowdfunding a blockchainovou technologii. Práce nejprve definuje tradiční a alternativní formy financování a dále se přesouvá ke konceptu forem inovativních. Zde je detailně vymezen crowdfundingu a formy decentralizovaného financování. Klíčová část práce analyzuje spojení crowdfundingu a blockchainu (tzv. blockchain-based crowdfunding), včetně jeho výhod, vnímání společností, ale také regulatorních výzev, které přináší. Následně je navržen model implementace tohoto nástroje na českou společnost FTMO s.r.o., kde jsou zhodnoceny faktory úspěšnosti tohoto procesu a uveden osobní názor. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of innovative tools for business financing, with a focus on crowdfunding and blockchain technology. The thesis defines traditional and alternative forms of financing and subsequently moves on to the concept of innovative financing methods. It provides a detailed definition of crowdfunding and decentralized finance models. The core part of the thesis analyzes the connection between crowdfunding and blockchain (so-called blockchain-based crowdfunding), including its advantages, perception by companies, and the regulatory challenges it presents. Finally, the thesis proposes a model for implementing this tool in the Czech company FTMO s.r.o., where factors influencing the success of this process are evaluated and a personal opinion is presented. |
