| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem stavebního spoření v České republice, zejména v souvislosti s legislativními změnami vyplývajícími z konsolidačního balíčku 2024. Cílem práce je posoudit, zda je tento produkt za současných podmínek výhodný pro jednotlivé typy klientů, jak pro spořitele, tak pro ty, kteří hledají financování svých bytových potřeb. Na základě dostupných dat a vlastních výpočtů jsou porovnávány výnosy stavebního spoření s konkurenčními produkty pomocí metrik jako IRR a RPSN. Práce hodnotí i dopady aktuálních změn na chování klientů a na celkové postavení produktu na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis examines the development of building savings in the Czech Republic, with a particular focus on the legislative changes introduced by the 2024 Consolidation Package. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether this financial product remains advantageous under current conditions for different types of clients, including those aiming to grow their savigs and those seeking to finance their housing needs. Based on available data and original calculations, the returns from building savings are compared with competing financial products using metrics such as IRR and APR. The thesis also evaluates the impact of recent changes on client behavior and on the overall market position of the product. |
