Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dekompozicí použití islámských principů šaría ve finančním systému. V první části práce téma rozpracovává z popisné roviny teologický základ a následnou aplikaci principů ve finančním sektoru zaměřenou zejména na základní principy, na nichž jsou poté založeny jednotlivé finanční produkty. Následně práce empiricky analyzuje vyspělost islámských finančních trhů v zemích s muslimskou většinou pomocí regresní analýzy. Dále je pozornost věnována finančním modelům reprezentativních produktů pro jejich analýzu z pohledu finanční matematiky. Finální částí je rozhovor o vpřed hledícím vývoji odvětví islámských financí s akademikem z největší indonéské univerzity Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis deals with the decomposition of the application of Islamic Sharia principles within the financial system. The first part of the thesis elaborates on the topic descriptively, covering the theological foundations and the subsequent application of the principles in the financial sector, focusing especially on the basic principles upon which individual financial products are based. The thesis then empirically analyzes the maturity of Islamic financial markets in Muslim-majority countries using regression analysis. Further attention is given to the financial models of representative products, which are analysed from the perspective of financial mathematics. The final part consists of an interview discussing the forward-looking development of the Islamic finance sector with an academic from Indonesia’s largest university, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). |
