| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ a.s., porovnání s konkurencí na trhu v letech 2019-2023 a sestavení finančního plánu na rok 2024. První část této práce se stručně věnuje pojmu finanční analýza. Dále následuje představení společnosti, její konkurence a vinařského odvětví. Poté je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza společnosti. Vypočtené poměrové ukazatele společnosti VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ a.s. jsou aplikovány na výkazy společnosti. Na základě zjištěných dat je společnost porovnána s její konkurencí, a zhodnotí se celková finanční situace společnosti. V závěru práce je sestaven finanční plán na rok 2024. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the financial health of the company VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ a.s, compare it with competitors in the market during the years 2019–2023, and develop a financial plan for the year 2024. The first part of the thesis briefly introduces the concept of financial analysis. This is followed by an overview of the company, its competitors, and the wine industry. Subsequently, a horizontal and vertical analysis of the company is conducted. The calculated financial ratios of VINSELEKT MICHLOVSKÝ a.s. are applied to the company's financial statements. The company is compared with its competitors, and its overall financial situation is evaluated based on the obtained data. In the final part of the thesis, a financial plan is prepared for the year 2024. |
