| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a porovnáním podmínek pro vedení účetnictví a zdanění příjmů individuálního podnikatele v České republice a v Německu. První kapitola je zaměřena na právní formy podnikání v obou zemích. Druhá kapitola popisuje účetnictví a ostatní způsoby vedení evidence hospodářské činnosti individuálního podnikatele. Třetí kapitola analyzuje a porovnává zdanění příjmů individuálního podnikatele v obou zemích. Poslední kapitola obsahuje modelové výpočty daně z příjmů a porovnává daňové zatížení modelových poplatníků v České republice a v Německu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of the conditions for accounting and income taxation of sole proprietors in the Czech Republic and Germany. The first chapter is dedicated to the legal forms of business in both countries. The second chapter describes accounting practices and other methods of recording economic activity for sole proprietors. The third chapter analyzes and compares the income taxation of sole proprietors in both countries. The final chapter presents model income tax calculations and compares the tax burden of model taxpayers in the Czech Republic and Germany. |
