Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů z účetního a daňového hlediska. Cílem práce je analyzovat účetní a daňové aspekty zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu a významu zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich rozdělením do skupin podle povahy. Dále se věnuje přehledu aktuálně využívaných benefitů, popisu účetního zachycení a ukázce daňového řešení. V závěru jsou vybrané benefity analyzovány na příkladu společnosti a je představen způsob jejich praktického uplatnění. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of employee benefits from an accounting and tax perspective. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits. It deals with the definition and significance of employee benefits and their classification based on their nature. Furthermore, it provides an overview of currently used benefits, describes their accounting treatment, and presents the related tax implications. In the final part, selected benefits are analysed using an example of a company, and their practical application is presented. |
