| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením obcí v České republice se zaměřením na jejich účetní specifika. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení územních samosprávných celků, právnímu rámci hospodaření, specifikům účetnictví, rozpočtu a zdrojům financování. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu hospodaření obce Dědová v letech 2020 až 2024. Hodnocení vychází z rozpočtových a účetních výkazů a finančních ukazatelů z Monitoru obce. Cílem práce je posoudit finanční situaci obce a navrhnout doporučení pro její další rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the municipal financial management in the Czech republic with an emphasis on its accounting specifics. The theoretical part deals with the definition of territorial self-governing units, the legal framework of their financial management, accounting specifics, budgeting, and sources of financing. The practical part presents an analysis of the financial management of the municipality of Dědová in the years 2020 to 2024. The evaluation is based on budgetary and accounting statements as well as financial indicators obtained from the Monitor obce system. The aim of the thesis is to assess the financial situation of the municipality and to propose recommendations for its future development. |
