| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá životním cyklem pohledávek a jejich vymáháním v České republice. Teoretická část nabízí ucelený pohled na základní informace o pohledávkách, popisuje jejich životní cyklus a účtování situací, které mohou ve spojitosti s pohledávkami nastat, představuje možnosti mimosoudního vymáhání pohledávek a popisuje průběh soudního řízení o vymáhání. Praktická část nabízí analýzu platební morálky pěti klíčových zákazníků společnosti 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s. na datech z let 2022 až 2024. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the life cycle of receivables and their recovery in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part offers a comprehensive view of the basic information about receivables, describes their life cycle and accounting of situations that may occur in connection with receivables, presents the possibilities of out-of-court debt recovery and describes the course of court proceedings for recovery. The practical part offers an analysis of the payment morality of five key customers of 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s. based on data from 2022 to 2024. |
