| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů z účetního a daňového pohledu. Cílem práce je analyzovat vybrané zaměstnanecké benefity z hlediska jejich dopadů na daňovou povinnost a účetnictví zaměstnavatele a čistou mzdu zaměstnance, dále zhodnotit legislativní změny, které nastaly v letech 2024 a 2025 a ovlivnily způsob poskytování benefitů. Posledním cílem je na příkladu fiktivní firmy zobrazit možnost optimalizace benefitního systému. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits from an accounting and tax perspective. The aim of the these sis to analyse selected employee benefits in terms of their impact on the employer’s tax liability and accounting, as well as on the employee’s net salary. Furthermore, the thesis evaluates legislative changes that took place in 2024 and 2025 and influenced the way benefits are provided. The final objective is to demonstrate the possibility of optimizing the benefit system using a model example of a fictitious company. |
