| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá digitálními aktivy a jejich využitím v podnikových financích. Analyzuje jejich teoretické vymezení, technologické základy, regulatorní rámec a klíčové oblasti aplikace. Těmito oblastmi jsou financování podniku, investice a operační využití. Práce u nich popisuje charakteristiky, potenciální výhody, nevýhody, související rizika a praktické příklady, včetně srovnání inovativních a tradičních metod získávání kapitálu. Cílem je zhodnotit potenciál digitálních aktiv pro firemní finance a identifikovat příležitosti i výzvy pro jejich efektivní a bezpečné nasazení v praxi. |

It analyses their theoretical definition, technological foundations, regulatory framework, and key areas of application. These areas include corporate financing, investments, and operational use. For these applications, the thesis describes their characteristics, potential advantages, disadvantages, associated risks, and practical examples, including a comparison of innovative and traditional capital-raising methods. The aim is to evaluate the potential of digital assets for corporate finance and to identify both opportunities and challenges for their effective and secure deployment in practice. |
