| Abstract: | Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza pojištění právní ochrany v podmínkách českého pojistného trhu. Pojištění právní ochrany představuje právní a finanční pomoc v případech právních sporů či hájení práv klienta. Právní ochrana zahrnuje také poskytnutí poradenství a právních rad zkušenými právními zástupci. Pomocí pojištění právní ochrany dochází ke krytí nákladů, které vznikly v souvislosti se vznikem právního sporu. Práce je rozdělená do dvou celků. První z nich je zaměřen na základní charakteristiku, vymezení pojištění, historický vývoj a také výluky z pojištění právní ochrany. V následující části popisuji situaci pojištění právní ochrany na českém pojistném trhu. Jsou zde popsány konkrétní produkty pojištění právní ochrany a srovnání nabídky jednotlivých pojišťoven nabízející tento typ pojištění. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is the analysis of legal expenses insurance in the conditions of the insurance market in Czech Republic. Legal expense insurance is consisted of legal and financial protection in case of legal dispute or client's defending claims. Legal expense contains also providing consultancy and legal aid by skilled lawyer. Thanks to legal expenses insurance costs resulting from legal dispute are covered. The thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter is focused on basic characteristic, determination of the koncept, historical development and also legal expense' s exception. In the second chapter I describe the situation of the legal expense insurance in the insurance market in Czech Republic. There is located description of the specific products and comparison of the offer of particular insurance companies. |
