| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá odměňováním pracovníků na základě jejich výkonnosti s využitím příkladu konkrétní společnosti. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje základním pojmům souvisejícím s výkonností, jejím měřením a řízením, včetně historického kontextu. Poté jsou představeny různé přístupy k zásluhovému odměňování. Praktická část je zaměřená na odměňování nováčků v konkrétním podniku, který působí v pojišťovacím sektoru. Nejprve je firma představena a poté je práce věnována analýze systému odměňování, který společnost v současnosti využívá. Výsledkem jsou návrhy na optimalizaci tohoto systému. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the remuneration of workers based on their performance using the example of a specific company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part first deals with the basic concepts related to performance, its measurement and management, including the historical context. Then, various approaches to merit-based remuneration are presented. The practical part focuses on the remuneration of newcomers in a specific company operating in the insurance sector. First, the company is introduced and then the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the remuneration system that the company currently uses. The result is proposals for optimizing this system. |
