Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nemovitých věcí z pohledu účetní a daňové legislativy platné v České republice. Teoretická část se věnuje právnímu vymezení nemovitostí, jejich zařazení v účetnictví a aspektům souvisejícím s jejich pořízením, odpisováním, opravami, technickým zhodnocením a vyřazením. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu účetního zachycení nemovitého majetku u kulturních institucí, konkrétně muzeí a galerií. Cílem práce je identifikovat specifika účetního přístupu k nemovitostem a porovnat rozdíly podle právní formy a zřizovatele jednotlivých institucí. |

This thesis deals with the issue of real estate from the perspective of accounting and tax legislation applicable in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the legal definition of real estate, its classification in accounting records, and aspects related to acquisition, depreciation, repairs, technical improvement, and disposal. The practical part is aimed at analyzing the accounting treatment of real estate in cultural institutions, specifically museums and galleries. The aim of the thesis is to identify the specifics of accounting approaches to real estate and to compare differences based on the legal form and founding body of the respective institutions. |
