Tato práce se zabývá posouzením divestice hokejového klubu HC Dynamo Pardubice. Práce teoreticky vysvětluje specifika sportovních klubů a jejich financování, včetně veřejného financování. Praktická část analyzuje historický vztah města Pardubice s klubem, proces a dopady předchozí i nedávné divestice většinového podílu soukromému investorovi, a zhodnocuje finanční pozici klubu. Na základě této analýzy je posouzena úspěšnost divestice a také jsou navrženy budoucí kroky pro město. |

This thesis focuses on the assessment of the divestment of the ice hockey club HC Dynamo Pardubice. The theoretical part explains the specifics of sports clubs and their financing, including public funding. The practical part analyses the historical relationship between the city of Pardubice and the club, the process and impacts of both previous and recent divestments of the majority stake to a private investor and evaluates the club’s financial position. Based on this analysis, the success of the divestment is assessed and future steps for the city are proposed. |
