| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti Jaroměřická mlékárna a.s. v letech 2019–2023. Cílem práce je provést detailní finanční analýzu podniku a identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky. Práce se skládá z pěti části, z nichž každá kombinuje teoretické a praktické přístupy. První kapitola poskytuje základní informace o vybrané společnosti a jejích klíčových konkurentech. Hlavní důraz je kladen na finanční analýzu, na jejímž základě je formulován závěr o aktuální finanční situaci podniku. Na konci byla provedena SWOT analýza, která umožnila vyvodit klíčové závěry a nastínit možné směry dalšího rozvoje společnosti s ohledem na její současné postavení na trhu. Veškeré informace byly čerpany z veřejně dostupných zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on evaluating the financial health of the company Jaroměřická mlékárna, a.s. during the period 2019–2023. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a detailed financial analysis of the company and to identify its strengths and weaknesses. The thesis consists of five parts, each combining theoretical and practical approaches. The first chapter provides basic information about the selected company and its key competitors. The main emphasis is placed on financial analysis, which forms the basis for drawing conclusions about the current financial situation of the company. In the final part, a SWOT analysis was carried out, which made it possible to draw key conclusions and outline potential directions for the further development of the company regarding its current market position. All information was obtained from publicly available sources. |
