| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou praní špinavých peněz se zaměřením na jeho historický vývoj, používané metody a právní regulaci. Teoretická část popisuje klíčové etapy vývoje tohoto fenoménu na základě reálných kauz, představuje hlavní tradiční i moderní techniky a přibližuje legislativní rámec na národní i mezinárodní úrovni. Empirická část je věnována praktickému testování vybraného segmentu hazardního průmyslu v České republice s cílem identifikovat možná rizika a slabiny v oblasti prevence legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti. Práce upozorňuje na konkrétní nedostatky současného systému a reflektuje výzvy spojené s technologickým pokrokem a digitalizací finančního prostředí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of money laundering with a focus on its historical development, methods used and legal regulation. The theoretical part describes the key stages of the development of this phenomenon on the basis of real cases, introduces the main traditional and modern techniques, and presents the legislative framework at the national and international level. The empirical part is devoted to practical testing of a selected segment of the gambling industry in the Czech Republic in order to identify possible risks and weaknesses in the prevention of money laundering. The thesis highlights specific shortcomings of the current system and reflects the challenges associated with technological progress and digitalization of the financial environment. |
