| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem neurofinancí, novým interdisciplinárním oborem propojujícího finance, neurologii a psychologii. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat mozkové oblasti související s finančním chováním a identifikovat neurologické rozdíly mezi muži a ženami. Klíčovým aspektem analýzy je také role hormonů a neurotransmiterů. Pomocí literární analýzy vědeckých studií práce odhaluje, jak biologické faktory ovlivňují averzi k riziku, investiční strategie i schopnost zvládat stres ve finančním prostředí. Neurologické rozdíly mezi pohlavími mají významný dopad na chování na finančních trzích i výkon smíšených týmů ve vedení firem. Praktická část se zaměřuje na aplikaci teoretických poznatků při návrhu finančního produktu, rozboru marketingových technik u investičních platforem a doporučení pro regulaci finančních produktů s ohledem na neurobiologii investorů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of neurofinance, a new interdisciplinary field connecting finance, neurology and psychology. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze brain areas related to financial behavior and identify neurological differences between men and women. A key aspect of the analysis is also the role of hormones and neurotransmitters. Using a literary analysis of scientific studies, the thesis reveals how biological factors influence risk aversion, investment strategies and the ability to cope with stress in the financial environment. Neurological differences between the sexes have a significant impact on behavior in financial markets and the performance of mixed teams in company management. The practical part focuses on the application of theoretical knowledge in the design of a financial product, the analysis of marketing techniques in investment platforms and recommendations for the regulation of financial products with regard to the neurobiology of investors. |
