| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá nástroji eGovernmentu a jejich vlivu na transparentnost veřejné správy. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, které nástroje eGovernmentu vedou k transparentnosti výkonu veřejné správy a zda k ní reálně vedou. Analýza proběhla pomocí komparace stavu před a po zavedení daného nástroje z pohledu transparentnosti. Přidanou hodnotou je srovnání pozitivních a negativních stránek transparentnosti u daných nástrojů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on eGovernment tools and their impact on the transparency of public administration. The aim of the thesis was to determine which eGovernment tools lead to transparency in public administration and whether they actually do so. The analysis was carried out by comparing the situation before and after the implementation of a given tool from the perspective of transparency. An added value is the comparison of the positive and negative aspects of transparency for the given tools. |
