| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce představuje komplexní analýzu Bitcoinu a kryptoměn z pohledu jejich využití jako investičních nástrojů. V úvodní části jsou představeny základní charakteristiky kryptoměn, možnosti investování a související rizika. Dále je analyzováno využití Bitcoinu jako doplňku lokálních měn, a to jak ve vyspělých ekonomikách, tak na příkladu El Salvadoru, kde byl přijat jako zákonné platidlo. Práce se rovněž věnuje aktuálním regulatorním rámcům v Evropské unii a Spojených státech amerických. Stěžejní část tvoří fundamentální analýza Bitcoinu, která se zaměřuje na jeho technologické základy, vybrané on-chain a finanční metriky, indikátory a analytické modely využívané k hodnocení jeho vnitřní hodnoty a tržního postavení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies from the perspective of their use as investment instruments. The introductory part presents the basic characteristics of cryptocurrencies, investment options and related risks. Furthermore, the use of Bitcoin as a complement to local currencies is analyzed, both in developed economies and in the example of El Salvador, where it was adopted as legal tender. The thesis also addresses the current regulatory frameworks in the European Union and the United States of America. The core part consists of a fundamental analysis of Bitcoin, which focuses on its technological foundations, selected on-chain and financial metrics, indicators and analytical models used to assess its intrinsic value and market position. |
